‘s uh welcome back astro fam all right so we’re gonna talk about the the sixth house. If you guys can’t tell i really like health okay skin. You know taking care of yourself working out stuff like that and that’s what the sixth house is about the sixth house is all about our daily routines. It’s about the little things that make up the big things in life. The sixth house comes. After the fifth house. The fifth house is traditionally ruled by leo that’s the party house that’s when we let loose that’s our house of creativity and romance and self love and the sixth house is the virgo house all right. It’s the house of self care. Self management time management energy management as we like to say over here. You know what i’m saying. Because we like to manage our energy. Properly. Now if the sixth house is in good alignment for you and you’re really following the energy. And what’s going on for you it’s going to really help open up other doors and opportunities. And you know just your life will flow much easier much more easily because the sixth and the first house are in conjunct meaning that they don’t even get along in the first place. So you definitely have to make sure your sixth house is on point. If you want your first house. Which represents you as an individual you’re rising right your body. You if you want everything to go in alignment. So the sixth house traditionally ruled by virgo virgo is an earth sign. It’s mutable meaning it goes with the flow. It goes with the changes okay. It’s ruled by mercury mercury is the planet of what communication. Is the fastest moving planet mercury. Does not have time to um solidify. It keeps moving around okay. This is why people with a lot of mercury energy or a lot of six house energy. Okay are prone to nervousness anxiety. Shakiness um. Even the stomach can feel kind of like you know the butterfly in the stomach’s kind of feeling. Where it just kind of feels like ah something is off all right. This is a part of the gut. Because virgo rules. The small and the large intestines and it also rules the pancreas it rules um basically how you know the food is broken down. And what nutrients. We’re gonna get from it okay. That’s virgo libra is going to purify virgo is going to put everything exactly where it needs to be exactly in its order that in essence is the sixth house. Okay and they’re not necessarily exactly the same. But they definitely have similar foundations when i’m talking about the sixth house and or virgo energy. Because the sixth house is your physical body all right it’s how you clean yourself your hygiene um. This is not necessarily your face which is the second house. Okay that’s more of your face right here. Virgo. The sixth house is your entire body okay and how you pay attention to what you got going on and this is why i’m always talking about the sixth house. I’m always talking about um. You know 12th house activities. Which is opposite of the sixth house. I’m always telling you guys look at the opposite house. If you’re really trying to figure out something in your chart. And it’s confusing you you’re going to want to go to the opposite side of the house uh that the house that’s you know stressing you out you’re going to go to the opposite side and see what’s going on in there. Which sign is in there and which energies you need to start integrating. So you can kind of calm down that opposing house right i i always try to tell you guys. It’s like being in the club. If you’re in that club for too long you know you’ve been swaying and your freaking shoes. Don’t broke okay you’ve been there for 82 000. Songs. It’s time to get out of that house and go into a different house using different kind of energy. So i’m gonna do this six house videos and like a few parts. I don’t know how many parts. But we’re gonna just dive into it as much as we possibly can in different aspects. There are people with six house stelliums. Okay um. Who are working too much out of the sixth house. Now. This is where like i said that anxiety comes in um. Nervousness also the sixth house rules. How we take in food. So eating disorders could stem from here. Especially. If you have a lot of erratic energy. Um or you might have some control issues. You know if you might have saturn here. Um pluto here things. Like that definitely can kind of exacerbate. The need for control because like i said the sixth house is how we actually manage things. It’s what we feel that we can control in this world. That’s the sixth house. The twelfth house. Which is the house across from the sixth house that’s traditionally ruled by pisces. The sister sign of virgo is our spiritual life and all the things that we don’t know and the unknown so i’m always thinking about those polarities. I’m always thinking about i need to know every single detail. Virgo 6th house opposing to it is what it is pisces 12th house. So you need to find a nice midpoint in the middle to have a life that’s going to feel more of ease to you that’s why people who have stelliums in the sixth house. I always suggest to look to your 12th house life and people who have 12 house stelliums. I suggest to look to your six house life. And there has to be an honor for both there has to be a meeting in the middle for these energies. So the sixth house you guys can see is just super super important. It’s how we manage our stress. It’s you know how our body is changing. It’s our workout routine. People with a lot of energy here right aries mars people with that energy. They always want to work out they want to move they want to do a lot of things okay. And this also the sixth house. Because this opposite of the twelfth can also rule excessive masturbation or having sex every day. Like i said. The sixth house is what you do every day. So whatever planets are in here that energy becomes a part of your everyday life and so with people with a lot of energy here. We have to make sure we’re choosing the most high vibrational things that are going to take us to where we want to go in our life. I have three planets in the sixth house
I have uranus saturn and neptune. I have been in a lot of accidents as well because the sixth house rules illnesses accidents it rules um because the 12th house rules hospitals okay so in the sixth house you hurt yourself in the 12th house that’s how you end up in the hospital. So these are the things that you kind of want to keep in mind when we’re speaking about the sixth house. The sixth house is a is your integration system. It’s how you are able to integrate and go grow from self love to actual self care and you know and self managing and how to actually put yourself back together. You know that’s the sixth house. It’s also the house of where we tend to over analyze overthink um. It’s the house that really kind of nitpicks at us. If that makes sense. It’s something that can be on our mind. A lot and this also therefore becomes a workhouse. Okay. This is where we go to our jobs. Not careers. Necessarily careers are still more um second house tenth house okay. But work like okay. How am i finna get this money and pay my bills. The bills. Six house. This is everyday stuff right and the sixth house is semi sextiling. The fourth house. Which is your home so it’s like those things work in tandem. So when we’re talking about the sixth house. I really want you guys to think first this first video is gonna just obviously. It’s an introduction to the sixth house just telling you guys why i think it’s so important why i really feel like we should pay attention to it because it represents um. How we’re able to maneuver. How we’re able to adjust how we’re able to pivot in the real world when gets crazy okay because that’s what mutable energy is about how are you going to shift how are you going to adapt to the situation that you’re in and the interesting thing about six house energy or virgo like people is they have a tendency to want to over control things. But um that’s actually to the detriment of their energy. That’s not actually using their energy at its highest peak. Whatever energies you have in your chart you already embody that so you don’t have to over exert yourself in that if you have a lot of mercury energy virgo or six house energy. You’re very observant by nature. You pay attention to the little things so you don’t have to go out of your way to kind of pay attention more to it right um. These are the people that can also because the 12th house is on the other side of the sixth house and the 12th house represents. All the places where we’re alone um because it represents the the unknown right fogginess haze so it represents our fears. The sixth and the twelfth house are together so it really represents um. I really see a lot of virgo like people living in fear. A lot living a lot in well i need to control every little aspect of my life down to the food in my uh on my plate down to what time i wake up these people are very regimented. People okay. I you cannot break my routine. You can’t break my schedule. But the interesting thing is your sister sign is pisces. Which is all about going with the flow. And as virgos or six house. People mercury people start becoming older hopefully they start realizing that oh i’m naturally observant. I naturally catch on to things. So i don’t have to go out of my way to catch this or catch that that it kind of just comes into my view into my perspective at all times. Anyway. So that’s the interesting thing about virgo. It’s you know this obsessive need to control the unknown. Which is kind of like oxymoronic. You know because you can’t control. What you can’t see um you have to rely on faith. And there has to be an element of of unders of surrender. You know because the sixth house is now semi sextile to the eighth house. Which is traditionally a scorpio house. And scorpio is all about uh. Letting your intuition guide the way surrendering to everything you know that the need to let go of control. Because the sixth house is when you start you know it’s right before the seventh house. When you start going out into the world and dealing with other people that um there’s a sense of okay. What can i manage what can i control within my own scope. My own sphere. So that um you know i’m not walking into the unknown. But it’s just it’s all an interesting concept in it of itself. Okay. It’s just like the 6th house 12th house access. I like to talk and think about it a lot because um. It’s where it’s a lot of what can make our breaker. Routines. The sixth house is what we do naturally. It should be our natural routine everyday routine and what the things that we should implement into our lives. The energies that we should definitely pay attention to so as i said i’ll break this into other videos. I want to get even more specific. I want to give you guys. Herbs and um. And different foods and things like that that go with each sign because yes everything has a representation of something you know what i’m saying i think virgo represents lavender. So things like that having these things in your life. That you probably already kind of naturally are drawn to but having them in your life will really help the energy flow much more easily. And you’ll have a life of ease and trust and faith instead of a life of fear and over control. And um. You know being overly critical overly judgmental. Because you can’t really judge what we don’t know uh. And that’s the kind of idea with the sixth house uh 12th house access right. And what we can do with that sixth house is first obviously look at the element. That’s there i always try to tell you guys look at the element. So a fire is on the sixth house. You are a person who needs every day right remember. This is your daily routine. This is something that you should implement in your everyday life and i’m going to start with exercises. Because i really feel like working out is so important to managing your energy. It is so important to really to really breaking down and and making sure that your energy is being utilized in the right way because we’re going to spend our energy either way. We just have to be intentional with it so i’m going to talk about workouts for this specific video on the elements. And i’ll give you examples as well all right um. But first i want you to think about fire fire is all about self expression. And i always think about explosive things i think about fast movements okay. I think about throwing stuff breaking things i think about punches. I think about heat okay so. Let’s say you have um aries on the sixth house. I would definitely say you should look into hit workouts. Which are high intensity interval trading and it’s just quick workouts
So this could be 20 minutes 15 minute 25 minute workouts. Boom boom boom also think jump roping is a really good high intensity. Um workout that can get your you know blood pumping or something. Where you can just do quick sets something that burns you out super sets are also really really good for aries here and because it’s mars energy. I always think about boxing boxing kickboxing. Something where you can hit something i always tell my fire people especially aries. People mars heavy people please get a boxing speed bag or something in your house. Because you know you want to punch. So you might as well just get it so you can punch it because you know you want to break something with that mars energy. So aries think fast aggressive hyper speed. This could be sprinting as well especially. If you have a lot of air placements in your chart. You could be using your your legs. And just getting getting to it okay. Like getting real quick. So this definitely is um aries energy. It also rules the head. So you know literally you can learn how to head butt that might be something super useful uh to you in the long term. Too who knows then if you have leo here first of all you need a fire ass playlist. Okay um. And we could do we could do maybe a music one later if you guys want on you know what kind of songs. And what kind of artists or whatever. But with leo here. I always think dance you know i always think um like a focused self expression. Something where you could see yourself perform something. Where you could see yourself on the stage and people can see you so you know definitely uh zumba classes. I feel like anything with um even camps like boot camps. I think would be great for leo here because it kind of gives you that soldier general kind of vibe. Which is all leo leo’s the king. The queen. You know obstacle courses. Things like that i think that would be really cool for leos who want to get really into the fitness side. And if you want to do dance. Then i would definitely do um. You know some kind of like fast movement dancing this can be anywhere from swing to you know hip hop or whatever you like but definitely leo here. I feel like that self expression is necessary. And you need to be seen. And you need to be somewhere. Where your confidence is being built. So if you have leo here. And you’re not feeling this. Way or you have the sun here in the sixth house and you’re not feeling as if oh i’m not feeling confident to step out then i would really challenge you to do that because you will have a huge awakening. Once you really step out or are in a group of people who are doing that on purpose who want to perform you know so yeah just really putting yourself out there as a leo all right now as the sagittarius here sagittarius is mutable and it’s a fireside. But this sign needs variety leo is something that you can do for six months a year. Things like that these are people who could do focused workouts or a focused type of activity. You know but especially a group activity. But for sagittarius. It’s more about i need a spice everything i need every little thing. As much as i can so i always recommend workouts from different countries people from different backgrounds different languages. Because it kind of keeps you you know like mentally stimulated. Too also just seeing different cultural workouts. You know trying workouts from the west and the east and the south and the north and things like that was really good with sagittarius here definitely obviously great for hit workouts um. But also these people like to be taught things okay they like to be mentored through so a lot of the times. I would suggest definitely at some point a personal trainer uh or you know small intimate private coaching or you know those classes. Where it’s like five people 10. People things like that because sagittarius kind of even though. It’s a big sign. And you know sagittarius is all about space variety views. Um cultural learning things from different cultures. That’s why these people can be into dance one year and then when you’re being to weightlifting and then when you’re being into running and one europeans. Hiking you know these people like to do a lot of things. So i definitely recommend a global workout. You know like definitely something where you can travel through and see what different cultures have to offer that’s what sagittarius there. But you definitely um just travel you know for the information look to to different things. And also see the cultural impact of certain exercises stuff like that um okay so now if you have water here okay. If you have water here this is all about literally i always suggest swimming okay i’m always gonna suggest swimming for water signs. Because you guys just love water water therapy being um immersed in water. But also what’s big for water signs. If we’re talking about working out uh. It could definitely be yoga and dancing because water is all about fluidity and movement and it’s about just feeling comfortable in your body. And there’s like a sensuality with it so it’s it’s you know i always suggest belly dancing you know heels. I suggest pole dancing something where you feel sensual and in tune with your body and something that might make you emotionally feel. Something. Even body movement classes kind of free form classes as well then yoga you know to obviously make your body super flexible because i always recommend flexibility for everybody. But definitely water signs you know water signs just like to feel like they’re going with the flow. It makes you that way towards life. Which is what we want to keep right we want to stay flexible. So what else would i say for water science. We said swimming yoga dancing pilates would fall under this too i’m sure so if you had let’s say cancer here. I would try to do something with my home girls or with my mother. I would try to do something. Where my emotions felt they were supported or i was connected to something emotionally or something that i felt nostalgic of this is also i feel like cancer is very ancestorial like family type. And then the 12 and pisces is too like ancestral so like african dance or whatever culture. You’re from like you know kind of dance from there from the past stuff like that cancer here cancer. I definitely recommend swimming y’all. I mean swimming. I recommend um. I wish i knew every single exercise on the planet. But i don’t water aerobics and just aerobics in general cardio is good for water science. Too cardio is pretty good cardio is good for fire signs. But i wouldn’t really suggest it because i don’t really feel like fire signs that’s like cardio is like normal for fire signs you know that’s like their everyday life is cardio. So that’s why i said hit workouts because it’s the next level. But for water signs cardio could be good because definitely breaking a sweat. You know. Which is good for water releasing all of that out of your body. So cancer um. Then for um scorpio. I would definitely suggest you know some kind of intimate pole dancing. Something that makes you feel sexy and in tune
With your body. Something that makes you emotionally more available for sure. And um. That could be definitely one on one classes as well you know definitely i feel like this could be um. Like like hot yoga in the dark. You know with some really sensual music or something like that or the breathing exercises that kind of like the womb. The womb exercises and the womb therapy stuff like that would be really good for people. With scorpio energy. Here and then with pisces energy. This is definitely um. I would again say yoga. I would definitely say pilates swimming and pisces. Um skateboarding skateboarding that’s very air sign too. But i feel like pisces would be into um to skateboards you know because they like like magic carpets. I’m thinking of stuff that makes you guys float um. You know this could also be skiing music uh snowboarding. Things like that because that’s also great exercise depending on where you live in the world. Then when you have earth here all right if you have earth on the six. I always think about tangibility and the real world. So heavy lifting is really good for earth signs weight training calisthenics hiking. You know you know when you do the yoga and you do it with somebody else like a partner and you lift up somebody else’s body that kind of stuff or you know a ro. I don’t know is it called trapeze artist or the the you know what i’m saying like the people who like lift each other up and throw each other around and all that kind of dope that would be really cool for earth science water signs as well because it’s the opposite of earth right um. But earth signs so for taurus. I would definitely do you know simple practical exercises that make sense you know you just have your sets. You follow them you just do different workout plans maybe from somebody that you see the results that you like on the internet or something like that that could be good for you because it’s a plan you know it tells you what to eat how many to do. It’s just straight to the point you do those workouts. And um. You know sets and super sets. And you know increasing your weight stuff like that that’s definitely good for tourists type people i definitely suggest as well um dance for taurus especially. If you’re too you know what i’m saying. And you want to get more flexibility and always look to the sister sign like i said the opposite sign so if i’m talking about earth look at water water look at earth fire look at air air liquid fire okay. So always look at the opposite sign. But for um taurus here you know you need something that you can follow a good routine. That’s simple straight and to the point. Nothing that’s too much you know maybe like five exercises three sets of five boom. You do it that’s 45 minutes. You follow it every day until your body fatigues and then you move on to the next thing. But definitely changing your um. You know every day. You change your body parts. You know. Legs. And then abs and then back and then shoulders and then you know you move on and on and on now if you have virgo here virgo. I would definitely suggest doing more pisces type stuff so meditating before you work out okay. Which i think is good for everybody. But definitely for virgo. There has to be some kind of slowing down some kind of stretching flexibility involved some um pilates. I would highly suggest pilates for virgos. Because it makes you pay attention to the small little muscles and any exercises that make you kind of pay attention to all the little things in your body. It’ll kind of intrigue. You keep you curious things like that things that will help you sculpt you know um out your muscles. The bands resistance bands are really good for virgos here with this exercises things that you can take with you you know um and i definitely would recommend cycling cycling would be really good as well because it’ll help you use that mercury energy. You know that nervousness that’s always kind of latin sitting in there then if you have capricorn. I definitely always recommend a personal trainer. I recommend you know if you’re not you need to make your own gym at home. If not living in a building. Where they have a gym because you need to feel like the ceo. The boss you need to feel like somebody’s paying attention to you so i definitely will recommend that and then obviously again weightlifting weight training calisthenics anything that will help sculpt your body. But i also feel like swimming is really great for capricorns obviously cancer’s on the other side. I feel like this is really great you guys have this amazing bone structure and water kind of just like formulates it more if that makes sense. So i definitely feel like capricorns could really benefit from swimming can benefit from hiking biking. Doing kind of like those triathlon things like that something that you can invest in long term. And see your body change over years. Something that you can build towards also any uh kind of like fighting thing earth signs are all about showing their strength. So this is like muay thai also in karate. And you know things that really like i’ll knock you out one punch type of thing. But it takes time to build that drink so earth science can really really benefit from you know having that and obviously if you have saturn in the sixth house. If you have mercury in the sixth house and if you have um venus in the sixth house this this you know this these are things that earth would like to utilize if that makes sense so then lastly. We have air air signs definitely. I would say skating biking walking running um. Skipping jumping. You know p definitely the people who do air jumps. Like jumping on the box. And all that kind of stuff is really great to kind of especially. If a lot of fire air energy. You can get that boom exhaustion out you know. But um. So for gemini. I would def. I always say walking you guys need to be walking like every day. Okay every single day and i don’t think i said this. But the sixth house also rules pets so it would make sense you know uh to have a dog or a pet that you would want to go outside with every day and walking. But gemini rules the lungs it rules the hands so fresh air is really important for um air science and fire signs air and fire. Signs can do like the hot yoga and the hot steam like the places. Where the temperature is kind of curated for the the workout that you are doing. But just making sure that you are then following it up with the opposite energy that you actually need um. You know making sure that if you’re going into a hot yoga room that afterwards that fresh air that you’re really taking about 15 minutes to breathe in and making sure that you know your lungs are getting filled back up. If you have a lot of fire. Sign with the air on the other side. And and vice versa so back to gemini gemini. So gemini all over the place definitely i would suggest like i said walking running marathons biking cycling um dancing for sure as well because there’s just like a lot of movement and it’s not about anything else. But just feeling good and feeling free in your body movement but also i would recommend um like tai chi tai. Chi would be really great and karate would also be really great because it uses your hands. It uses your feet things like that rowing would also be really good you know especially if you can get in the water for real you get some rowing um. Because it kind of like you know you have to use all of that especially if you have air and water. Because you would love to probably sit out there and just row in a row. Be on the water and just think your thoughts you know that’s gemini gemini. Needs variety. Remember variety is a spicy life just like sagittarius because that’s your sister sign
So you need to be switching up your routine. A lot going to different neighborhoods trying out different things go. With your friends definitely get a couple friend groups. Uh or even try to just sign up intentionally just to work out with people. But definitely getting a you know a buddy buddy system going on with gemiini. There so then if you have where are we at gemini gemini. Gemini gemini libra. If you have libra there. This is definitely um definitely about balancing whatever you have going on is kind of balancing and giving yourself again some more variety air is just more literally about variety. But you might wanna you know hike one day and then do a strength workout. The next day and then the following day do yoga and then the following day go swimming. Because libra is all about um. You know what i like it’s all about doing it with a partner. Most of the time okay having somebody to do it with because that’s just air air. Is friends okay. Always think about friends. When you think about air just different kind of friends uh. You know. But this is like a best friend you and a best friend do pilates all the time you guys go dancing. All the time something that’s very venusian something that you love to do something. Where you feel you are expressing. You know a true version of yourself in front of other people. Because aries is on the other side of libra. So it’s definitely something that feels personal to you that you like to share with somebody else so. When you have libra here. This is definitely um. I like partnership dancing. It is it is um ariel. It’s that arielle stuff again for sure just like in the air doing beautiful movements with your body. And just contorting your body to look gorgeous and things like that because that’s libra libra is all about beauty okay. It’s about the beautiful things and balance and harmony and peace and just going with the you know with the flow. But it’s about symmetry too so whatever exercises you feel would help bring balance and symmetry to your body so if you happen to be a little bit weaker on your left side maybe you’ll be doing a little bit more calisthenics or you’ll add like you know a five pound weight on that leg to kind of you know get it get it you know back to its symmetry in your body. That is like libra and then also i feel like libra is just very much like aries you guys also do love boxing and you love hitting stuff and breaking things so i definitely would recommend at some point in time because you guys love balance. I could see you doing yoga for the first half of the week and then hit workouts for the next half of the week or even integrating. Them and exchanging them day by day then if we have aquarius here aquarius is you know most of the time group activities group workouts. Like you can do stuff with the community. This these are people who do the biking outside you know or the triathlons together or the neighborhood. Um. You know their neighborhood. We lose 15 pounds together kind of thing is definitely a more like we’re all involved. Together and the exercises as an aquarius would definitely be very like expressive um. I feel like aquarians love first of all weights okay if you like if you love weights aquarius loves technology. So they love to try all kinds of new weight machines and workout machines and try this new class news trends. You know that’s what aquarius is about they love to try the new workout. Trends create new workout. Trends stuff like that so i feel like if you just again variety errors about variety. If you just go on in certain things. And even though aquarius is a fixed sign meaning. These people can be fixated on a certain kind of exercise and swear by it for a very long time and then just move on to the next thing. These are the people that will weight lift for two years and then be like oh. My god i love weightlifting and then they’ll go to yoga for two years and then they’ll go to you know. Um hiking and then the water running and these are people that just try different things. But they like to do it in group activities. They like to be you know where the trends are they like to try things that are progressive and next level um. These are the type of people that might work out in space type. Okay straight up straight up. So this that’s a little bit about the sixth house and obviously if you see uranus there you know that’s that and also saturn there. But we’re going to talk about the planets in the sixth house because i want to talk about the possible um ailments illnesses that you might come across in your lifetime. How you can help mitigate that energy again. If you’re making. Sure that you’re using that energy for the day right um. You have pisces on the sixth house. You have a tendency to lose track of time you have the tendency to not really know how to manage your time. But if you you know got up early which most of the time as a pisces with the six house you like to get up at the crack of dawn or you like to just be up when it’s quiet you can really meditate then you can go straight into. You know either your yoga or your dance class. Or or your. Um. Pilates and go straight to it and that will help set the tone for the day and so that’s the intention of this video is like you do it when you need to do it. But understand you have to do this almost every single day at least 15 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes an hour you deserve your energy deserves this because once you use it the right way trust. Me. The doors will open for you it’s not just about looking good. But it’s about feeling good on the inside. And when your energy. Feels good on the inside it emanates out and then people are attracted to you right and then opportunities come. And you know life is just doing the thing. So the sixth house like i said is all about how you manage your energy. How you manage your time. And the number one thing. I would suggest is i’m not a nutritionist. I’m not a fitness coach. But we all know working out and moving your body is good for you and the sixth house can give you the certain kind of workouts that you need to do that will actually help your energy. Better you know especially. If you have mars there baby instead of you know masturbating. All day long you can go get a punching bag and punch the out of the punching bag and then realize oh my god you know i’m not tired anymore. I feel like i used that energy in the space that i needed to use it in you know i know with you mars in the sixth house. I know aries scorpio or six. You know it’d be like that you have a lot of energy. It just is what it is you have a lot of energy you guys could do that every day. So that’s what we’re going to talk about we get further in the video. So you guys can see how that energy plays out in your chart put some suggestions down below for any other workouts.
